Andy Scaggs

Andy Scaggs, 93, of Loxahatchee, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Hospice of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Scaggs was born May 25, 1922 in Hunnewell, Kentucky a son of the late Pleas and Grace Wells Scaggs.

He was a World War II Marine Veteran.

Dwight Edward and Janice Scaggs of Blanchester, Ohio

Larry and Marsha Scaggs of Philadelphia, PA

1 daughter Phyllis Louise and Robert Ashton of Loxahatchee, FL

3 sisters Edna Nagy of Brighton, Michigan

Alice Vinson of Gulf Breeze, FL

Ada Mellville of Bath, ME

Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday, February 2, 2015 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East, Greenup County, Kentucky. Military rites will be preformed by Portsmouth American Legion Post 23.

Visitation will Monday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup.
