Emmett Eugene Adkins, 73, of Lucasville, Ohio, formerly of Greenup, Kentucky passed away, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Edgewood Manor in Lucasville, Ohio.

Emmett was born April 16, 1942 in Greenup, Kentucky a son of the late Vernon and Floris Sturgill Tackett.
