Glenn Richard Scaggs, 61, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky with his loving wife and daughter by his side.

Glenn was born February 6, 1956 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of the late Willie J. and Martha A. Lowe Scaggs.

He was a retired metallizer from McCorkle Machine and Engineering Co. in West Virigina and was a United States Army Veteran. He was also a member of the V.F.W. in Greenup Post 1168.

1 daughter Jade Mariann (Coron) Tsurara of Georgetown, Kentucky

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Tuesday , April 4 , 2017 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East by Coron Tsurara. Military rites will be performed by American Legion Post 93, Kenova, WV. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup are in charge of the arrangements.
