Vera Jean Adams

Vera Jean Stephenson Adams, 76, of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with the Lord while surrounded by her loving family, Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Vera was born July 29, 1941 in Greenup, Kentucky a daughter of the late Blanche Stephenson Strunk.

Vera was a retired Clerk / Supervisor for the United States Post Office with 26 years service.

She was a 26 year member of Little Sandy Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher. She also was the hospitality coordinator for 25 years at the church. Vera loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Candi (Jerry Brian) Riffe of Greenup, Kentucky

1 sister Gail (Russell) Blanton of Greenup, Kentucky

16 grandchildren and 26 great- grandchildren

Several Nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends who loved her dearly and will greatly miss her.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Pastor Tim Wright and Bro. Wayne Stephenson. Burial will be in the Boggs Cemetery in Warnock, Kentucky.
