Billy Jay Thompson, 73, of Saint Cloud, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at his home. Billy was born April 23, 1944 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of the late Woodrow and Audrey Springer Thompson McIntyre.

There will be no services at this time. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
