Nancy Lee Lanning

Nancy Lee Lanning, 88, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away Friday, July 13, 2018 in Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Lanning was born May 22, 1930 in Catlettsburg, Kentucky a daughter of the late James LeGrand and Margaret Elizabeth Dinkle McLean. She was a member of the Greenup Methodist Church and later attended Coles Blvd. United Methodist Church in Portsmouth. She enjoyed homemaking, gardening. She loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Willie Morton Lanning Jr and one brother Rufus Dinkle McLean.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Rev. Dr. Nancy Preston. Burial will be in Catlettsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.
