Ralph Gilbert Marshall

Ralph Gilbert Marshall, 88, of Lloyd, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Ralph was born June 27, 1930 in Greenup, Kentucky a son of the late Zack and Clara Boyles Marshall. Ralph was a retired Locomotive Engine Operator from AK Steel in Ashland. He was a member of the Load Christian Baptist Church. He loved to farm raising tobacco and cattle.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Macelodean Marshall; one brother John Marshall; and two sisters Nella Faye Alexander and Virginia Hieneman.

He is survived by

Dottie Evans of Columbia, Maryland

four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Bro. Mike Allen. Burial will be in the Quillen Cemetery in Lynn, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
