Billy Joe Fryer

Billy Joe Fryer, 55, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at his residence.

Billy was born November 23, 1962 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of Helen Turner Fryer and the late William Fryer. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by one brother Jeff Fryer.
