Maria Dolores Rangel, 63, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Tuesday January 29, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Rangel was born September 15, 1955 in Guanajuato, Mexico a daughter of the late Antonio and Hermelinda Patino Pallares.
