Charles E. Maiden

Charles E. Maiden, 82, of Flatwoods, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Tuesday April 16, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Maiden was born August 20, 1936 in Huntington, West Virginia a son of the late Woodrow and Claudine Craig Maiden.

Charles worked 36 years as a yardmaster for CSX after serving his country in in the U.S. Navy. Anyone who knew Ed though knew he was happiest on a boat chasing crappie. He chased the “big one’ all over always returning to his beloved Flatwoods.

He is survived by two sons Charles (Michelle) Maiden of Flatwoods, Kentucky and Robert Maiden of Florida; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. There will be no services at this time.
