Freda Jo Chapman

Freda Jo Chapman, 73, 0f Ashland, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Saturday, April20, 2019 surrounded by her loving children at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky. Freda was born June 23, 1945 in Argillite, Kentucky a daughter of the late Orville and Goldie Gillispie Tackett. Freda was a retired Central Supply Tech from King’s Daughters’ Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Cannonsburg, Kentucky. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband Leo Chapman in 1999; two brothers Clyde Tackett and Hassell Tackett; two sisters Phyllis Hensley and Esther Kees. She is survived by one son Danny Baldridge and one daughter Deanna Rezvan both of Ashland, Kentucky. One brother Orville (Nancy) Tackett Jr. of Columbus, Ohio. Two granddaughters Megan Baldridge and Elise Rezvan and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup. There will be no funeral service.
