Arnold "Bill" Elwood Sark

Arnold “Bill” Elwood Sark, 81, of Argillite, Kentucky passed away Friday June 28, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Sark was born in Naples, Kentucky on September 2, 1937 a son of the late Ed and Hila Stacey Sark. Bill was a member of Teamster Union Charleston Local 175 & 505. He was a loyal drag racer and drag racing fan and a member of the NHRA.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Jim Sark and two infant sisters

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Lucille Kirk Sark

Twelve great grandchildren

Shayleigh Kitchen, Kennedy Kitchen, Laela Matthews, Zoey Adams, Cooper Adams, Maddie Early, Coalton Early, Corbin Lands, Braydon Cooper, Jaxon Lands, Winston Lands, and Layton Lands.

Funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Pastor Jeremy Carter. Burial will be in Pennsylvania Furnace Cemetery in Argillite, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday. Condolences may be made at rlrfuneralhome.com.
