Billy Ray Justice

Billy Ray Justice, 87, of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky surrounded by his children who loved him dearly. Billy was born February 28, 1932 in Greenup, Kentucky a son of the late Henry and Clotine Eastham Justice.

Billy was a retired carman from CSX Railroad. He attended Greenup First Baptist Church and Grace Independent Baptist Church in Greenup. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Juanita Carter Justice; two sons Roger and Scott Justice; four brothers J.D., Jim, Carl and Glenard Justice; three sisters Lucy Darby, Betty Brown and Lavinda Scott; and one daughter-in-law Judy Mckenzie Justice. He is survived by two sons Jimmy Justice of Greenup and Greg (Pam) Justice of Greenup; one daughter Cheryl (John) Harris of Greenup; one brother Bobby Joe (Evelyn) Justice of Loveland, Ohio; a special friend Ricca Jane Felty of Greenup; one daughter in law Jane Baldridge Justice; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday, November 1, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Dr. Tom Melvin. Burial will be in Plum Grove Cemetery in Greenup.
