Polly Catherine Barton

Polly Catherine Barton, 90, of Worthington, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Glass House Family Care Home in Argillite, Kentucky. Mrs. Barton was born January 10, 1929 in Wurtland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Henry and Jennie Melvin Sizemore. She was a 1947 graduate of Wurtland High School and was a retired supervisor from the former Cinderella Clothing Factory in Ashland, Kentucky. She also formerly attended Ashland First Church of the Nazarene. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Jack Elswick, her second husband Paul Trainer and her third husband James Barton; two Brothers Clifford and Earl Sizemore. She is survived by two daughters Judy (John) Mason of Lexington, Kentucky and Jerri (David) Lowe of Raceland, Kentucky; four granddaughters Angie Wilson of South Shore, Kentucky and Doug Wilson of Raceland, Stacie (Eddie) Lawson of Nicholsville, Kentucky, Lori (Steve) Woolley of Bellefonte, Kentucky and Shellie (Clay) Goode of Lexington, Kentucky; nine great-grandchildren. Ashley Porter, Aaron Ball, Zachery Wilson, Madison Montgomery, Jacob Montgomery, Grace Goode, Olivia Martin, Cassie Woolley and Alex Woolley; two great -great grandsons Gavin Wilson and Ace Porter. A private graveside services will be conducted at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, Kentucky by Kenny Large. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
