Mary Lee Davis

Mary Lee Davis, 87, of Worthington Kentucky, formerly of Greenup, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Mary was born March 14, 1932 to the late Espie Preston and Ernestine Collinsworth. She enjoyed antiques, shopping, and collecting “pretty things”. Mary was a charter member of the First Baptist Church in Worthington.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step parents; several siblings; her beloved husband “Happy” Jack Davis; son Jack Michael Davis; and grandson Corey Davis.

She is survived by grandsons Peter (Angie) Davis and Matthew (Katie) Davis; grandchildren Jordan Davis, Dylan Pierce, Ayden Davis, and Sharlee Davis; great grandson Theo Davis; several siblings; nieces and nephews. She was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, December 23, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Rev. Wayne Kulner. Burial will be in the Preston Cemetery in Greenup.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service on Monday.
