Edith Thacker Horsley

Edith Thacker Horsley, 70, of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family who loved her dearly. Mrs. Horsley was born May 29, 1950 in Lawrence County, Ohio a daughter of the late James and Helen Gilly Thacker. She was a retired certified nurse’s aide. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Terry Lee Horsley; one son in law Danny Lewis Jr.; and two sisters Mary Olive Duty and Delpha Lynn Thacker.

She is survived by

One son Larry James (Pam) Horsley of Wurtland, Kentucky

One daughter Terra Renee Lewis of Greenup, Kentucky

One brother

Harry Allen Thacker of Elliot County, Kentucky

Two grand children

Sam (Jen) Lewis and Zack (Mollie) Horsley

And several nieces and nephews

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday September 4, 2020 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Chaplin Jim Smedley and Bro. David Bradbury.
