Kevin Alfred Scaggs

Kevin Alfred Scaggs, 53, of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with the Lord September 17, 2020 in King’s Daughters’ Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Mr. Scaggs was born June 22, 1967 in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of late Kelly Alton and Thelma Jo Stone Scaggs. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and canoeing. He was a 1985 graduate of Greenup County High School.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Cathy (Martinez) Scaggs

One son Jonathon (Jessica) Meade of Ashland, Kentucky

Two daughters

Trish Meade of Greenup, Kentucky

Marie (Joel) Medina of Carlsbad, Mexico

Three brothers

Kriss (Sarah) Scaggs

Kermit (Diana) Scaggs

Keith Arnold (Hollie) Scaggs all of Greenup, Kentucky

Kelly Boyles of Maloneton, Kentucky

Karen (Bill) Dickens of Greenup, Kentucky

Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday September 19, 2020 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Dr. Tim Jayne. Visitation will be from 12:00 am until service time. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
