Paul Bartnick

Paul V. Bartnick, 70, of Cattlettsburg, KY passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by

his family on January 23rd, 2022. He was born on December 23rd,1951 in Brockport, NY to the late Henry and Geraldine (Pavelsky) Bartnick of Brockport, NY.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Patricia A. (Richardson) Bartnick, his daughter

Jennifer (Matthew) Ogley of Russell, KY, and their six children, his grandchildren, Hannah, Abagail, Caleb, Kira, Silas, and Isaac. In addition, he is survived by his Sister Maureen (Harry) Goodman of Leesburg, FL, his brother Michael (Katherine) Bartnick of Brockport, NY, and his sister Michele Bartnick of Streetsboro, OH, as well as many loving nephews and neices.

In addition to his parents Paul was preceded in his death by his son Christopher J. Bartnick, of

Batavia, NY.

Paul graduated from Brockport High School where he went on to work 25 plus years at Kodak

where he met his wife. Together they raised two children and spent most every summer camping on the weekends. Later he went on to work for Harris Corp, and Gorbel Industries, from where he retired and moved to Kentucky with his wife to be near their grandchildren.

Paul spent 15 years serving at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship and attending church there

with his family and friends. He later attended Freewill Baptist in Cannonsburg KY, where he was also greatly loved and involved. He enjoyed his retirement spending time with his wife, daughter, and grandchildren, swimming, shooting at the range, watching sports especially the bills, and attending classic car shows. He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held on April 9th, at 1pm at New Beginnings Christian

Fellowship in Clarkson, NY. Condolences may be made at that time
