Bonnie Sue Callihan

Bonnie Sue Callihan, 66, of Argillite, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord, Monday, February 19, 2024, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio surrounded by her loving family.

Bonnie was born October 18, 1957, in Lynn, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Leslie Sr. and Mary Humble Potter.

Bonnie enjoyed playing bingo, watching game shows, and playing on her iPad. She loved spending time with her family who she loved dearly. Bonnie was a kind, sweet person who will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Vanessa Wray Callihan; four brothers Leslie Potter Jr., Carl Potter, Earl Potter, and Charlie Potter; two sisters Ella Marie Potter and Della Potter.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Tim Callihan; a son Jason (Bradie) Callihan of Load, Kentucky; three daughters Jennifer “Sissy” (Steven) Gallenberger of Argillite, Kentucky, Tara (Harvey) Mullett of Wurtland, Kentucky, and Sara (Megan) Callihan of Argillite, Kentucky; two sisters Georgia Sparks of Troy, Ohio and Elizabeth Rayburn of Piqua, Ohio; three grandchildren Shawn Brown, Jacob Mullett, and Vanessa Callihan; a special friend Randall “Boo” Cantrell of Argillite, Kentucky; a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am Friday, February 23, 2024, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by minister Marcus Albert Burial will be in the Callihan Cemetery in Argillite, Kentucky.
