Claude E. Prater, 84, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away, Monday, October 31, 2022, at SOMC in Portsmouth, Ohio. Claude was born March 13, 1948, in Greenup County, Kentucky, a son of the James and Hazel Adkins Prater.

Claude is survived by many loving family members and friends.
