Darrell Eugene Howard

Darrell Eugene Howard, 60, of Big White Oak Road, York, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family who loved him dearly. Darrell was born August 18, 1960, in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of the late John Lewis and Eva Burton Howard. He was a 1980 graduate of Greenup County High School where in later years he was a school bus driver for a few years. Darrell was also the owner and operator of Howards Continuous Gutters Co. with his sons. He loved his family very much.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Geneva Howard Belford.

He is survived by two sons Ryan Howard and Mason Howard both of York, Kentucky; a step-son Brent Martin of Greenup, Kentucky; a brother Jerry (Deb) Howard of York, Kentucky; a sister Susie Duncan of Marion, Ohio; five grandchildren Cody Braden, Kimberly (Gavin) Cox, Justin Howard, Arya Howard, and Kayson Howard: a step grandson Kayden Martin: four great-grandchildren Lukas Braden, Paisley Cox, Jonah Cox and Darrell Howard; several nieces, nephews, family and close friends who will miss him greatly.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Elder Ezra Burton. Burial will be in the Jones Cemetery, York, Kentucky.
