Dorothy “Dotti” Ruth Flagg Hunter

Dorothy “Dotti” Ruth Flagg Hunter, 58, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, at SOMC Hospice Care Center in Portsmouth. Dorothy was born September 7, 1966 in Portsmouth, Ohio daughter of the late Orville Ruggles and Thelma Combs Fagg. She was a 1984 graduate of Portsmouth High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers Orville Ruggles Jr., Ray Ruggles, and Jimmy Ruggles; and one sister Sharon Rodgers.

She is survived by one son Robert M. Flagg of Chillicothe, Ohio; three brothers Keith (Debbie) Flagg of West Portsmouth, Ohio, Charles Ruggles of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Glenn Ruggles of Wheelersburg, Ohio; five sisters Debra Howard-Craft of Portsmouth, Ohio, Kimberly Ruggles of Portsmouth, Ohio, Donna Whisman of Morehead, Kentucky, Patty (Rick) Hatfield of Wheelersburg, Ohio, and Judy Thomas of New York; one special niece Tori (Jake) Browning of Cincinnati, Ohio; and three special nephews Andrew Craft of Portsmouth, Ohio, J.R. Cottle of Portsmouth, Ohio, and Chandler Ruggles of Portsmouth, Ohio.
