She was born November 20, 1955 in Portsmouth Ohio. The daughter of Harold Stapleton of Leatherwood, Kentucky and Bernetta Horsley of Leatherwood, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her devoted husband and best friend of 45 years Gary W. Gail was the most loving person the world had to offer. A devoted wife of 45 years and the most wonderful mother you could ask for, she was the rock that held the family together. Most Importantly she had faithfully served the Lord Jesus Christ for 35 years and was a member of the Canonsburg Church of Christ where she was so loved by many of her brothers and sisters.

She loved cooking and loved hosting many family reunions and hayrides. Her door was always open to everyone. She took joy in taking care of her yard and many flowers. She will be missed so deeply but through the hope of Jesus Christ will be reunited with her family again. Her message to all would be to serve the Lord.
