Grace Louise Kilburn, 21, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky passed away Tuesday March 2, 2021 in Ashland, Kentucky. Grace was born June 24, 1999 in Labanon, Tennessee a daughter of Stephanie Stephenson of Load, Kentucky and the late Craig Wilburn. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandfather Robert Stephenson.
