Henry Vent Tolliver
Henry Vent Tolliver, 84, of Greenup, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 24, 2022, at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Tolliver was born May 15, 1938, on Millstone Road in Letcher County, Kentucky a son of the late James Ellis and Callie Bentley Tolliver. Henry Loved the Lord, hunting, fishing, telling big stories, coaching little league baseball, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren. Henry loved to farm and watch his cattle. He was a retired railroader and a member of the Little Jewel Old Regular Baptist Church.
He met and married the love of his life Shelby Riley Tolliver in 1952. They celebrated their 65th anniversary June 15, 2022.
He was preceded in death by siblings Aaron, Ray, Ben, Allen, Coy, Willie, Ottie Tolliver Brown, and Pauline Withrow.

Numerous great and great-great grandchildren whom he loved dearly and a host of nieces, nephews, and his church family.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Elders Keith Tipton and Jr. Ruggles. Burial will be in Tolliver Family Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time on Monday. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
