Jerry Lee Simones

Jerry Lee Simones, 86, of Sciotoville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Hillview Heath Care in Portsmouth, Ohio. Jerry was born August 30, 1937, Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of the late Myron and Rosa Mullins Simones. Jerry was retired from the former Detroit Steel in New Boston, Ohio where he drove a delivery truck for the storeroom.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son David Simones; two brothers John Charles Simones and Myron Eugene Simones; two sisters Carol Schwamberger and Rosemary Bailey.

He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Rosemary Brown Simones; three daughters Barbara Daniels of South Point, Ohio, Beth Pancake of West Portsmouth, Ohio, and Stacy (Delbert) Evans of Rubyville, Ohio; one brother Don (Ann) Simones of Enron Ohio; six grandchildren Cory Simones, Kristen Campbell, Seth Daniels, Michael Brinegar, Cody Waddel, and Bradley Evans; five great-grandchildren David, Ariana, Rhea, Jace, and Zane; several nieces and nephews.
