Judy Ann Palmer

Judy Ann Palmer, 78, of Lloyd, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Judy was born September 25, 1944, in Warsaw, Indiana, a daughter of the late Hollis and Imogene Hilton Bradbury. Judy attended the First Assembly of God in Raceland, Kentucky and she loved watching the Cincinnati Reds. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who she loved dearly. She had a love for animals and had many pets throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Luther Palmer.

She is survived by three sons Tony (Angie) Palmer of Franklin, Indiana, Tim Palmer of Greenup, Kentucky and Thomas (Kathy) Palmer of Grayson, Kentucky; four daughters Vicky (John) Webb of Raceland, Kentucky, Cindy Knipp of Flatwoods, Kentucky, Crissy Palmer of Lloyd, Kentucky and Candy Renee (Matthew) Melvin of Raceland, Kentucky; thirteen grandchildren: six great-grandchildren; a brother David (Donna) Bradbury; several half brothers and sisters and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm, Monday, July 17, 2023, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky. Burial will be in the McGuire Cemetery in Greenup. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service on Monday at the funeral home. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
