Kay Frances Mullins

Kay Frances Mullins, 62, of Wurtland, Kentucky, passed away, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at her home after a long illness. Kay was born September 25, 1962, in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Harold and Mary Collingsworth Fosson. Kay was a 1980 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School in Ashland, Kentucky and was a former employee of Cintas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rickey Garfield Mullins.

She is survived by her son Joseph (Tiffany) Mullins of Georgetown, Kentucky; a brother Charles (Patricia) Darby of Ashland, Kentucky; a sister Regina (Richard) Weiss of Wurtland, Kentucky; two grandchildren Landon Mullins and Jordyn Mullins.
