Nina Ruth Penrose-Moore

Nina Ruth Penrose-Moore, 79, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Woodland Oaks Nursing Home in Ashland, Kentucky. Nina was born January 6, 1944, in Neosho, Missouri, a daughter of the late John and Leola Hannah Butler Lamar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Moore and several brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at Moore Cemetery in Warnock, Kentucky at a later date. Reed Funeral in Greenup, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
