Phyllis Ann Guy

Phyllis Ann Guy, 78, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Friday, January 6, 2023, at her residence in Lloyd. She was born February 15, 1944, in Greenup, Kentucky a daughter of the late Urcel and Virgie Nichols Horsley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Morris E. Guy; three sisters Imogene Seybert, Bonnie Callihan, and Wanda Nelson; five brothers Earl Horsley, Paul Horsley, Hurtzle Horsley, Jr. Horsley, and Phillip Horsley.

She is survived by

One son Joseph (Michelle) Spreitzer of Lakeland, Florida

One brother Marian “Bob” Horsley of Niles, Ohio

two grandchildren Amanda Speitzer and Joseph Spreitzer Jr.

and a host of nieces and nephews
