Randolph "Randy" Owen Rice

Randolph “Randy” Owen Rice, 71, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. Mr. Rice was born May 1, 1951, in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of Annah Blanford Fromm of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late Clarence Owen Pierce. He was an accomplished musician and had a great love for music and animals. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter Lillia Walsh and one cousin Rod House. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son Ben (Adriane) Rice of LaCrosse, Wisconsin; one brother Mark (Sharon) Rice of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister Rebekah Anne (John McLoughlin) Riley of Shepherdstown, West Virginia; the mother of his son Judith Rice of Holly Hills, Florida; one grandson Maxwell Walsh; stepfather who raised him Norman Edward Rice; one stepdaughter Alicia (Jeff) Wicklund of Winona, Minnesota; two step grandchildren Peyton Wicklund and Lennox Wicklund.
