Richard Allen Rice, 68, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away Monday January 18, 2021 at his residence in Ashland, Kentucky. Mr. Rice was born May 5, 1951 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of the late Leonard and Delores Justice Rice.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter Shanna Rice Graves.

He is survived by one son Richard Rice Jr. of Ashland, Kentucky
