Stella Worthington

Stella Worthington, 71, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, at her residence in Ashland. Mrs. Worthington was born March 16, 1950, in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late James and Hazel Adams Prater. She loved playing Bingo and being with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Wayne Worthington and one son Mark Worthington.

She is survived by two sons Joe Prater of Greenup, Kentucky and Charles Worthington of Ashland, Kentucky; five grandchildren Ginger Prater, Eric (Hannah) Worthington, Marcus Worthington, Charlie Worthington, and Jesse Worthington.
