Tammy Lea Stephens

Tammy Lea Stephens, 55, went to be with the Lord, July 5, 2021, at Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio. Tammy was born July 1, 1966, in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of David Poplin of Argillite, Kentucky and the late Dottie Conley Poplin. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two sons John Curtis “J.C.” Bertram and Madison Royster.

Lijah, Evie, Zachary, Andrew, Luckas, Gabbriella, Phoenix, Amelia, Kylie, and Rainy

A host of nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday July 10, 2021 at Argillite Church of Nazarene (on Route 1) in Argillite, Kentucky. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
