Thomas Eugene McCall

Thomas Eugene McCall, 76, of Otway, Ohio passed away, Saturday, October 15, 2022, at his home after a long illness. Thomas was born March 2, 1946, in Lucasville, Ohio, a son of the late Charles E. Wells and Eula Tackett Gregory. He was a retired electrician at the A-Plant in Piketon, Ohio, for 29 1/2 years and a farmer his whole life. He was a collector of many things and a 1964 graduate of Northwest High School.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Linda Whitt McCall; a son George Thomas McCall; three grandsons Justin, Brandon, and Ryan Sargent; a brother Lee Roy McCall; his adoptive father Delbert McCall and his step-father Hugh Gregory.

He is survived by a son Michael David McCall of Otway, Ohio; two daughters Tamie Lynn McCall of Otway, Ohio, and Barbara (Gary) Sargent Lucasville, Ohio: two grandsons Donald Thomas Sargent and Brian Craig Sargent of Lucasville, Ohio: several sisters, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and his faithful dog “Fred”.
