Timothy H. Knisley, 73, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Friday, October 13, 2023, at his residence in Portsmouth. Mr. Knisley was born March 12, 1950, in Canton, Ohio, a son of the late James and Ruth Hostuttler Knisley. There will be no services at this time. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
