Vivian R. Estes

Vivian R. Estes, 89, of Worthington, Kentucky passed away August 1, 2021, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Ms. Estes was born February 26, 1932, in Russell, Kentucky a daughter of the late John and Nina Bennett Warren. She was a retired lab technician from Kings’ Daughter’s Medical Center in Ashland. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Louise Grubb and three nephews Johnny Allen, Paul Allen, and Roger Dale Grubb.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday August 4, 2021, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Burial will be Heaberlin Cemetery in Wurtland, Kentucky.
