Willa Dean Hall Carter

Willa Dean Hall Carter, 91, of South Webster, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022, at her residence in South Webster. Willa was born October 4, 1930, in Wheelwright, Kentucky a daughter of the late Howard Hall.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Carter Sr.; one son Edward Carter Jr.; and two daughters Eunice Michelle Carter and Vera Carter Dyer.
