William Wesley Smith

William Wesley Smith, 91, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Oakmont Manor Nursing Home in Flatwoods, Kentucky. William was born July 21, 1931, in Martin County, Kentucky a son of the late Jack and Verdie McCoy Smith. He was a member of the former Centenary United Methodist Church in Ashland, Kentucky. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers Emzie Smith, George Smith, Henry Smith and four sisters Emma Presse, Thelma Stepp, Mary Rose Daniels, and Helen Fields.

He is survived by his wife Parlee Cline Smith

Dodie (Jerry) Jones of Lloyd, Kentucky

Sixteen grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren
